Bottom Line Opinion
Thank you so much for taking the time to give me your opinion. I am looking for REAL and HONEST feedback regarding our service, our store and our employees. Our ultimate goal is always to please our customers and this is a way for us to find out how we are doing. This gives us feedback about if we are doing awesome or hardly doing anything. A couple of key points to remember when entering remarks:
- This will only go to the owner and your name will not be shared with others.
- Please speak freely – don’t hold back
- Use Jane or John Doe if you want to be anonymous
- Please be Specific – names, situations, dates are all helpful.
- These comments will be used to both reward employees as well as make improvements
- As a thank you for taking the time to give us your meaningful feedback, we will mail you a $5 Gift Card to be used in our gift shop, card selection or for any OTC items.
